Jill C. Rudman, Ph.D., BCBA

Dr. Jill is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been working in the field of Pediatric Psychology for the past 25 years and has been specializing in the treatment of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders since 2000. Dr. Jill completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with Child Specialization at Northern Illinois University. In 2009, Dr. Jill obtained her BCBA through the Florida Institute of Technology.

Kimberly Bingen-Ward, MSW, CAPSW

Kimberly is a Social Worker and Clinical Director of Autism Treatment for Children. In 1995, she began working as a Line and was promoted to the position of Senior in 1996. To gain more knowledge on how to assist not only the children, but also their families, Kim completed a master’s degree in social work. She received her master’s degree in 2005 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Currently, she is certified in the state of Wisconsin as an Advanced Practical Social Worker and is actively involved in training social work students.

Lauren, BCBA

Lauren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Autism Treatment for Children. Prior to ATC, she received a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Marquette University. Clinically, she is passionate about expanding communication and developing early social skills. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, trying new food, and spending time with her cat.

Jacob Hirtz, BCBA

Jacob a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Autism Treatment for Children. Jacob has a bachelor's degree in Educational Studies from Carroll University and a master's degree in Special Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Jacob enjoys collaborating as a team with client's stakeholders to work on socially significant goals for each unique client. Outside of the clinic, Jacob enjoys coaching, traveling, and spending time with family.

Morgan Jansen, BCBA

Morgan is a Board Certified Behavior Analysist with Autism Treatment for Children. Morgan began her career in ABA at Autism Treatment for Children in 2015 as a treatment technician. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carrol University and a master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Morgan has experience with a variety of ages and settings. She is passionate about helping clients learn valuable life skills to gain independence and the ability to get their needs met in a way that works best for them. Morgan values effective caregivers and staff training so that everyone can support our clients effectively, and feel supported while doing so. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys being outside with her two dogs, travelling with her husband, reading, and doing yoga.
